MADEBYETH offers custom and hand-customized footwear.
Because products are customized by hand, individual pairs may contain minor variations in paint application, texture, distressing, color, placement, and other details.
These variations are a natural part of the customization process and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Product images are intended to accurately represent the products, but slight differences may occur depending on lighting, photography, displays, materials, and the handmade customization process.
PREORDERS
Certain products are offered as preorders.
When placing a preorder, you understand that the product may not be immediately available and that additional time is required for sourcing, customization, preparation, and fulfillment.
Estimated production and fulfillment times are provided on the applicable product page.
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
MADEBYETH reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, inventory or supplier issues, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
CUSTOMIZATION
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and selecting the appropriate size and options before completing their purchase.
Once an order has been processed for production, changes to the size, customization, or other order details may not be possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Custom and preorder shoes are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law or the order qualifies for a remedy under our Return & Refund Policy.
By purchasing a custom or preorder product, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable return and refund terms.
