All MADEBYETH custom shoes are produced specifically for the customer and are considered final sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Failure to review product details before ordering
- Personal preference regarding the final appearance
- Normal variations resulting from the handmade customization process
Please carefully review the product description, sizing information, and order details before completing your purchase.
PREORDERS
Preorder purchases are paid in full at the time the order is placed.
By purchasing a preorder item, you understand that the shoes are not immediately available for shipment and require time to be sourced, customized, prepared, and shipped.
Estimated production and fulfillment times are provided on the product page and are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to sourcing, production, shipping, supplier availability, or other circumstances outside of our control.
A preorder does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless MADEBYETH expressly states otherwise.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or production has begun.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at [YOUR EMAIL]. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are reviewed based on the status of the order.
Once an order has been processed for production, cancellation is no longer available.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives with a significant defect, damage caused during transit, or an item that is materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ethclothes99@gmail.com].
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shoes
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we may provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Minor variations in paint, texture, distressing, placement, color, or other details are not considered defects. Handmade customization naturally creates variations between individual pairs.
SIZE RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shoe size before placing an order.
MADEBYETH is not responsible for sizing issues caused by selecting the wrong size. Please review the available sizing information before purchasing.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is issued because of an error attributable to MADEBYETH.
